Just lettings you know that DDR3 prices are touching the bottom currently. I highly recommend buying some DDR3 now if you don't have enough for UnrealEd4 or UDK.
I don't know about prices outside of europe but here you can get 2x4GB for 30€ now. In may it was still 55€. Thats of course just DDR3-1333 CL9 but for >40€ you get DDR3-1600 and for >55€ DDR3-1866 (which is optimal for upcoming Bulldozer CPUs from AMD).
Prices won't drop much more and will probably stay at this level for some time. But afterwards they'll increase again (significantly) - at the latest when Sandy Bridge E will be released, probably already when Bulldozer hits the market.
Buying 4x4GB now is also a good idea if you are going with Intels upcoming socket 2011 (Sandy Bringe E) which supports Quad Channel DDR3.
The same pricing process happened with DDR2 some years ago too. So go for it now :)
greetings

2*4GB for 30€? That's exactly the price I paid about half a year ago, that was a long search! lol Well, I have enough already, thanks for the information though!

Well, half a year ago the regular store price was probably more than twice as high as it is now ;)
I'm going to buy another 8GB Kit to have 16GB then. Its pretty sure prices will be ~20-50% higher in another half year - one could also make money out of this. Plus it will be some time yet before DDR4 is coming.
Got a DDR3 (4GB) in SO-DIMM, for my laptop. 20 Euros Well, I can say I can stick it to my ass, since I can't open the motherboard's hatch. If anyone know how to open the Asus n73 ?
