I alway find the stock height fog not enough realistic so I have try to obtain a better result and I think I'm close to what I want, I have create a sheet under 3dsmax, put a deformation on it, create a fog material and this is the result so far :
Of course, all that stuff is animated (sheet + material) and give a "wave" fog feeling.

lol... is it the one u have use on the picts with rocks on peak thread?...if yes......double wow! it have multi uses :p
u will laugh i just discovered yesterday that there was a way to build ur own textures from the ed..... i always though i had to import em from another program.....each day i m more impressed and surprised ....that ut3 ed is free...or quite free....UNCREDIBLE !
