The last two are not really games but add-ons to Neverwinter Nights.
Actually, if you are into learning Max, you should search for some video tutorials on YouTube. That won't necessarily be the best way to learn it and I can't say anything about their quality, but I'm sure there are some good tutorials out there, most likely more than Blender tutorials about all steps necessary for character creation though.
It's probably a good alternative to commercial guides.
