Among all of the other things I have to do this season but don't have enough time for, this is probably the most addicting.

I don't know if anyone has ever heard of this or tried this but trust me when I say it is amazing. It is an indi game and it is blocky art style wise (like lego but with squares instead of rectangles) It is actually a charming art style that has grown on me lately.
The goal is to survive and build your world. You start off in a randomly generated world made of various resources and as you destroy and collect resources (essentially cubes that have different properties) you can use them to make items to help you or just use them to build.

In two hours of playing this I made a tree-house castle with three floors all designed to keep me safe at night when the zombies are out. Did I forget to mention night time? the game endlessly cycles  through day and night. During the day all is peaceful and you are free to build and collect without worry of any harm coming to you. During night, however, zombies, seletons, spiders, and exploding green mutants walk around trying to kill you. So it is a good idea to build a shelter as fast as possible. Once morning comes around you can watch the sunset or watch the zombies burst into flames as they come into contact with sunlight :)

I seriously reccomend at least looking into this game. To see what this game is all about with some good and funny commentary I suggest watching this guys videos. Here is the link to the first part of his minecraft series http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANgI2o_Jinc
