Go back to 3ds max, so I have my Arch and I put the texture on it, But after several tries with the uv'mapping options, I can't find a way to apply and deform a texture along an arc.
Do you know how make that with blender or Max ?
the result would be something like that (the texture follow the arc of the mesh) :

I never tried to UV map a mesh like this in Blender, but from what I understand... You would want make the side of the arch one UV "island" or group. Then adjust it so it isn't an arch, but a rectangular shape that matched the texture's shape.
