UT2004 Very Advanced options
Permalink

Hi all, minute ago, I found some advanced options for UT2004, which aren't ingame. And I solved my very old problems in UT2004, too.

1.) Anisotropic Filtering
Open UT2004.ini in UT2004/System folder with notepad, and find LevelOfAnisotropy=1 and change it to 2 or 4 or 8 or 16.

2.) Vertical Synchronization (Resolved my problems)
Do the first step as for AF, but find UseVSync=False (before LevelOfAnisotropy=1), and change it to UseVSync=True.

btw here you can find which problems resolved VSync. (see the UT2004 Glitches part in 3:25)

Noisy GFX, Notebook & CPU Cooling, yes, that's me ! smile.gif
And with VSync, it seems like bots can't kill you so fast with Link & Minigun.
