Hi all, Lately I'm a lot less active on the UOF but just because Of my season-intensive job. We've started the "vendanges" wich means recolting (hand-picking) the grapes in the vineyard. so this gave me an idea to start this topic. Small aperitive/appetizers which are ready in less than 15 minutes. wich is ideal when having friends at home.
or to say to your wife/man/something otherworldly that visiting the UOF is also good for other things than Unreal ;).
I'll start with a small appetizer:
"Verrines maison a ma façon"
for 4 persons;
-4 small simple drinking glasses (20cl)
-1 advocado
-1 Grapefruit
-10 cl of fresh whipped cream
-16-20 big shrimps (pre-cooked)
-a bit of tabasco and a bit of soy-sauce
Peel the advocado and mix it with the cream (using a blender)
then peel the grapefruit and empty the fruit with a spoon (be sure none of the white skin subsust)
Now take the for glasses, disperse the grapefruit evenly on the bottom. Put the mixed advocado on top of the grapefruit bottom, add a bit of pepper and salt, some drops of soy-sauce and decorate the glasses with the shrimps (4-5 a glass). then spill 2-3 drops of tabasco on the shrimps and serve. Bon appetit.

What? You can do this with Blender? Oh, wait, nevermind. Too much working on the PC.
I think I'll give this a try, sounds delicious, thanks for sharing and do not work too much, I want to have a worthy enemy in Air Conflicts once you've enough spare time again!
