Just quote the ones you know or want to guess then leave your own on the end.
Me 1st ..
Outstanding .. - not alls we need is a deck of cards
Hah, Alien 2 definitely!
watched that movie a week ago :P.
I don't know where your quote is from, Odedge. But ill give it a guess, Doubt (2008), with Meryl Streep, Amy Adams and Philip Seymoor Hoffman.
Got one loooooong quote for ya'll
"My name is Lt. Aldo Raine and I'm putting together a special team, and I need me eight soldiers. Eight Jewish-American soldiers. Now, y'all might've heard rumors about the armada happening soon. Well, we'll be leaving a little earlier. We're gonna be dropped into France, dressed as civilians. And once we're in enemy territory, as a bushwhackin' guerrilla army, we're gonna be doin' one thing and one thing only... killin' Nazis. Now, I don't know about y'all, but I sure as hell didn't come down from the goddamn Smoky Mountains, cross five thousand miles of water, fight my way through half of Sicily and jump out of a ****in' air-o-plane to teach the Nazis lessons in humanity. Nazi ain't got no humanity. They're the foot soldiers of a Jew-hatin', mass murderin' maniac and they need to be dee-stroyed. That's why any and every every son of a bitch we find wearin' a Nazi uniform, they're gonna die. Now, I'm the direct descendant of the mountain man Jim Bridger. That means I got a little Injun in me. And our battle plan will be that of an Apache resistance. We will be cruel to the Germans, and through our cruelty they will know who we are. And they will find the evidence of our cruelty in the disemboweled, dismembered, and disfigured bodies of their brothers we leave behind us. And the German won't not be able to help themselves but to imagine the cruelty their brothers endured at our hands, and our boot heels, and the edge of our knives. And the German will be sickened by us, and the German will talk about us, and the German will fear us. And when the German closes their eyes at night and they're tortured by their subconscious for the evil they have done, it will be with thoughts of us they are tortured with. Sound good?"

My Aliens movie knowledge is rusty. I am sure I have seen all of them, but they get fuzzy.
As for my quote, try again. If no one guesses, I will add another line".
As for your quote, you gave way too much. You should have sone something like this...
"My name is Lt. Aldo Raine and I'm putting together a special team, and I need me eight soldiers. Eight Jewish-American soldiers.
Movie: Inglorious Bastards with Brad Pitt, very good movie by the way.
Funnily enough, Aliens is probably one of my favourite SciFi movies of all time! It has all the good elements of a great SciFi movie. Good story, good actors, good director, tons of action and lots of alien nasties getting blown apart! I've always like "It looks like some kind of secreted resin!" "Yeah, but secreted from what?" or "Apone!! APONE!! ARRGGHHH ARRGGHHHHH" We use that quote all the time while playing Left4Dead2!

Still don't know yours Odedge, I probably haven't seen the movie.
New one:
"You know, Kiddo, I'd like to believe that you're aware enough even now to know that there's nothing sadistic in my actions. Well, maybe towards those other... jokers, but not you. No Kiddo, at this moment, this is me at my most... masochistic."

My last quote for the movie no one has seen.
"Bomb on bus!"
As for yours Thrallala, that should be Kill Bill (volume 2?)
Ok, that's gotta be speed or speed 2, dunno which one is which. But one of them definitely takes place on a hijacked bus! the other one is a cruise ship iirc.
Kill Bill is correct, I think that quote can be found in both movies (flashback). Great movies btw, first one with a lot more fighting and blood and the second one with mainly dialogue. Not often a sequel is so different from the previous movie in the series while still remaining on the same story, great stuff. Tarantino is the man! :D
"He was close, real close. I couldn't see him yet, but I could feel him, as if the boat were being sucked upriver and the water was flowing back into the jungle. "
Bingo! - except i goofed the quote up slightly its supposed to say out-standing "now" all's we need is a deck of cards .. i accidently typed not

No doubt - fully agreed! - We still have to slap Aliens in occasionally, (not as much as we used to but still once in a great while) That movie set the standard in Epic Sci-Fi horror, its been imitated many times but never duplicated, the cast is incredible, the script rocks & its James Cameron's finest work, all the right stuff.
Hudson has some great lines, from the directors cut;
Right, right, somebody said alien, she thought they said illegal alien and signed up Maybe we got 'em demoralized That's a switch Game over man, game over
Even Ripley has some great lines; I don't know which species is worse, at least you don't see them fawking each other over for a god damn percentage
OK new ones .. from another famous movie .. someone has to know this off the top of their heads ..
It's using the tree's I don't care who you are back in the world. You give up our position one more time, I'll bleed you. Real quiet. And leave you here your one ugly motha f@#$@#$@# There is something else. When the big man was killed, you must have wounded it. Its blood was on the leaves if it bleeds - we can kill it

Alien4 had the best Ripley line "So who do I have to **** to get off this ship?" LOL
Alien4 was a mixed bag for me. I thought it was pretty good up until they revealed that the queen was going to give birth like a human...that completely killed an otherwise good Alien based movie...moron scriptwriter....

I thought it was pretty good up until they revealed that the queen was going to give birth like a human...that completely killed an otherwise good Alien based movie...moron scriptwriter....
It was the original Speed movie. The second one was on some big boat, but never saw it.
I maybe to Netflix all of the Alien movies and watch them again. I remember some of the first movie, but the others are a blur.
I actually watched both of the Predator movies about a month ago. I am sure there were better back in the day, but the special effects really show how old they are.
First one is Scarface, the second one... could it possibly be the crazy Pink Floyd film?! THE WALL?! oh my god, I never thought anyone would quote that. A truly epic film with one of the greatest bands of all time!!!
One thing you should check out if you like that movie and pink floyd, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRcQZ2tnWeg a great song that apparently didn't make the cut for The Wall movie, I think it can be found in the extra material, deleted scenes.
Here's another quote, a little hint as it's somewhat hard. The movie is not in english and this quote is translated from it's original language!
"Like the gazelle from the hand of the hunter, like the bird from the hand of the fowler, free yourself,"
No one tried the quote from one of my fav tv series. I understand it isnt around in some countries but I expect 1x to at least get this. It's on USA network and heres another from the same series.
"Here's what happened"
"Unless I'm wrong, which, you know, I'm not"
"WIPE!"
"You'll thank me later"
"It's a gift... And a curse"

The only TV-series I watch/have watched are American Dad, Family Guy, Simpsons, Futurama, 24, Heroes, Alias, Band of Brothers, Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother and The Big Bang Theory.
I'm fairly sure it's not one of them :P
Maybe my latest quote is a bit hard, so i'll give some more from the same movie.
This one is just before the main character of the movie starts to yank out a guys teeth with a hammer.
"Each one I yank out will make you age for one year. Ready to talk? "
And this one is after that and before a very memorable hallway fighting scene.
"Anyone here with an AB blood type, raise your hand.", he's referring to the fact that the guy he yanked out teeth on has lost ALOT of blood :P
I'd find it hard to believe if not one of you guys have watched this movie, it's very famous. Especially for being foreign! And it's one of my all time favorites!
That is correct, Apocalypse Now. Maybe the best film ever made!
Or maybe not! I watched the director's cut (maybe I shouldn't have) and the only "good" part of the movie were the scenes with Robert Duval.
Granted, I have watched that film, plus the Godfather movies, and the Predator movies with in the last year, so they are fairly "dated" in their visual quality, among other things.
As for your latest quote, I don't watch a lot of foreign films, especially when people are getting their teeth pulled.
Random quote from a movie currently in theaters...
"You're not an ass****, your're just trying too hard to be one".
Well, the Redux version of Apocalypse Now definitely has it's moments (some of the scenes at the french guys are great), but most of the extra material added is not necessary and you should probably have watched the original instead, especially if you're not a big fan of long movies :)
I can however not agree with you about Robert Duvall's scenes being the only thing worth seeing. They are good but so are all Martin Sheen and Marlon Brando scenes, even though you can clearly see that Marlon Brando is not fit at all but seeing as he was extremely fat and had not read the script or even the book it's based on he gives a spectacular performance with that special Marlon Brando magic in it.
^Mad Max 1 or 2. I'm not really sure but it's close enough to get the points I hope.
Road Warrior! - so yeah Max Max 2 .. & yeah you still get the points.
NEXT - <a bunch from one of my favorites>
you die. She walks out of here with a severe limp Hi granny I grampy. Are those my grandparents? Are they dead? Frankly they werent having a good time at the party do you think they're having a good time catatonic in a closet? Chet. That's not a joke! - this is a Pershing missile Gee really, i didn't think it was a whales di@k Who is this Gary you keep talking about
