Hio all , i think i earned the mapping fever from ya m8s! and i am a totally noob @ mapping so a how to guide would be very usefull for guys like me or maybe others too! so if some1 could tell me how it works to do it i could start mapping too! i just did a map on ps2 with a game called timesplitters and the result was awesome for my friends and me long time ago and maybe i could do the map for ut2k4 or ut3 too ! lets see if i can start mapping

héhé that s cool...i think the best way for you is to grab the link to" the stevies corner" and to choose a tuto from his list ; i had like to recommend the one i use:Passion3d but unfortunatly it s in french but i m quite sure it s the more easy....perhaps u can try it as it use videos and i can quite understand all even with no sound so it s well done

as suggested by Mick (LordPorksword) this link drives you to a complete tuto pack:

if u prefer a short guideline  bout first basics; i can write u a short one; and if u have anyprobs just beep me on XFire; i m not that good but on classics i can probably help you to spare some time ;)

Ahh, were's the love Blitz for my tutorial list?  Granted Stevelois has a link to it and others that are also on my list.  My list is broken down into categories, for what it's worth.

If you can, download the official tutorials from 3DBuzz that is linked above.  This has a section devote to "your first map" and the videos are done very well.
