LOL!
Maybe try rotating your display in the display control panel, then roate it back to see if it fixes the issue.
If not uninstall your video drivers then reinstall them. (new nvidia ones came out recently)

UT3 game was running. It did add a little extra to the gameplay lol.

I havent had the problem today since i turned on. Would like to know how the hell it happened though.
