question about display setting on a lcd tv and ut3 and win7 64 lol

I have recently bought a lcd tv samsung 32", and I have put my pc on it.
I have also install win 7 x64.

the result is awesome, but I have found something weird,

first, all my maps look more dark than before (probably due to the tv settings)

2, when I take a shot from ut3, if I open it on a soft like photoshop, it looks to what I have on ut3, but if I open it with the viewver of win7, it look very more dark, any idea why?

My guest is you have to adjust your video drivers for your TV set.

Also, most TV's have options for video rendering mode (game, movies, etc) since brightness / contrast differ in each mode.

& more, you plug your TV with HDMI, DisplayPort or Component cable ? The result will vary depending on your connexion.

Note that all TV's aren't 100% properly calibrated & you need the proper tool to calibrate it.

Yes I have those settings options.

I use the D-Sub port (named also pc port) to plug pc on tv (same wire as a pc screen).

So I will try to calibrate the graphic card with my tv

Anyway, it's strange to obtain different brigtness between win7 viewer & photoshop confuse
