This is a sweet z-axis map with plenty of hitscan opportunities, jumppad fun, many levels, decent flow/layout as well as good weapon/item placement (esp. awesome health vials placement.:) I like the fans above/below, teleporters, oriental sculptures (pagodas), insane warp zones (or whatever those are, some you can’t get to), details, trim, aqua green and reddish color and lighting (shadows). I almost didn’t see the “ice cave” entrance with nice crystals, waterfalls, vegetation and cool powerup (just don’t fall as it could be a long drop;)). The bots are not bad either.

When I was playing this map for the first time, I didn't know where to go at first. I mean, jumped down and up, down and up, but nothing changed. But suddenly I figured it out. Oh yeah, you don't see the forest, just because all of these trees, funny indeed. Nevertheless, this map layout is interesting, jumppads, teleporters and many times switching from one floor to another one. However, at some points you take fall damage, because it is too high, but it is nothing terrible. Also, this map could need more meshes and details, because there is still a lot of space not used and use one kind of design. If you use different kind of meshes, e.g. Necris and Liandri stuff, there should be a certain harmony, that things work together, you know. Still for your first map, you have done a much much much better job than a lot of other people. Some people call a map by just creating a cube and putting some spawn points and guns in there and done. You could say it is a map, but I think it is a joke or something else, I don't know.

You're very welcome! Why not? As long as you get a certain kind of harmony in your map done, it is fine. Mixing different kinds of map design in one map is kinda a challenge, but once you get the job done and it looks good, you are happy then, hehe. :)

I didn't know where to go exactly the first time I played it also, but then you look at the z-axis opportunities a plenty.:)
