UT3 was 5 times updated and here is the patch/version listing:

UT3original V 1.0
patch 1  to  V 1.1
patch 2  to  V 1.2
patch 3  to  V 1.3
patch 4  to  V 2.0
patch 5  to  V 2.1

actually you have to install the patch 5 to update your game; it include all the changes from the previous versions.
